OT Activity of the Day:
Egg Hunt
Target Age Range: 2 and up
This is the perfect activity to facilitate following 1 step, 2 step, and even 3 step directions. Grab some plastic eggs, fill them with directions written on paper, and hide them around the room. This is also a great way to practice some stationary or movement based gross motor skills and to provide sensory/movement support to your children. This is an ideal activity for a group or an individual child.
Opening the eggs is also a great way to work on fine motor skills! Enjoy!
